What is ICICI FASTag?

The FASTag program also called the National Electronic Toll Collection (NETC) or Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) is presently operational at 450+ toll plazas across national and state highways to collect toll fees digitally through an RFID Tag called the FASTag. ICICI FASTag is a perfect solution for a hassle free trip on national highways. The ICICI FASTag is linked to a prepaid account, from which the applicable toll fee amount is deducted.

ICICI Bank is one of the largest banks in India, authorized to provide FASTag services by NHAI/NPCI for the National Eletcronic Toll Collection (NETC) program. ICICI FASTag is a simple to use, reloadable RFID (Radio Frequency ID) tag which enables automatic deduction of toll charges and lets you pass through the toll plaza without stopping to pay toll fees by CASH.

ICICI Bank is the market leader when it comes to FASTags in terms of number of ICICI FASTags issued, toll transaction revenues, and providing services as an acquiring bank to Toll Plazas. ICICI FASTag or ICICI Bank FASTag, is easier to configure for monthly passes, and the FASTag portal is very user friendly with most features. ICICI Bank also has an option to link your ICICI FASTag with your ICICI Bank Account. You can leave a standing instruction with the bank, to recharge your ICICI FASTag wallet when it goes below a certain level. You can also recharge your ICICI FASTag through UPI applications like BHIM, Paytm, Google Pay etc..

What are the documents required for ICICI FASTag ?

• Registration Certificate (RC) Copy of the vehicle
• Any one of the following ID proof document of the customer/owner of the vehicle
  • Voter ID
  • Driving Licence
  • Passport Copy
  • Aadhar Copy
  • Vehicle Front and side images
• Vehicle Insurance Copy (optional)

The following procedure applies, if you need apply for ICICI FASTag for your car. For other types of vehicles, a Full KYC Process may be required which is slightly different from this process.
