When the FASTag programme was announced by the Govt. of India, a discount of 10% was given. Later the discount was reduced to 7.5%. From Mar 2018 onwards the discount has been set at 5%.
So, customers can avail a cashback of 5% on all Toll payments using FASTag in FY 2018-19. The cashback amount for a particular month will be credited back to your FASTag account within a week of subsequent month.
