State Bank of India or SBI is one of the banks authorized to provide FASTags by NPCI and IHMCL. This article explains the following:
- How to login to SBI FASTag portal and how to access your SBI FASTag records?
- What methods are available to recharge your SBI FASTag online ?

How to login to SBI FASTag?
The link to the SBI FASTag portal/website for retail customers is https://fastag.onlinesbi.com/.
- At the time of activation of SBI FASTag, you would have received an SMS with the user id and password, to login to SBI FASTag.
- A FASTag wallet is created at the time of doing the customer's KYC, with the customer's mobile number as the user id.
- If you have forgotten the passoword, please use the forgot password option to reset your password.
- Use your registered mobile number and password to login to the SBI FASTag portal.
What methods are available to recharge your SBI FASTag online ?
Presently, the following methods are available to recharge your SBI FASTag online.
- Netbanking
- Debit/Credit Card
- UPI Apps like Bhim, Paytm, Google Pay etc.
There are no transaction charges for SBI FASTag recharge through UPI apps. However, payment gateway charges might apply to other methods of FASTag recharge. There is a limit of Rs. 2,000/- per day for FASTag recharge through UPI apps.
You could also recharge your SBI FASTag offline through any of the SBI FASTag agents near you, by paying them cash and they in turn will recharge your SBI FASTag.
How to recharge your SBI FASTag online at the SBI FASTag customer portal ?

You could follow the steps outlined as given below:
Link to the SBI Customer Portal: https://fastag.onlinesbi.com/
Login to the customer portal with your SBI FASTag user id, which is your mobile number that was given at the time of your SBI FASTag registration.
After you successfully login to your SBI FASTag customer portal, you will see a page like what is given below:
Now, choose how much money you want to recharge your SBI FASTag by clicking the "Tag Recharge" button at the top.
Then, choose a payment method to recharge your SBI FASTag.
After successful payment and recharge of your SBI FASTag you will see a screen like this below:
Once the transfer is successfully completed, you will receive an SMS notification that your SBI FASTag has been successfully recharged.
