What is UBI FASTag ?

The FASTag program also called the National Electronic Toll Collection (NETC) or Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) is presently operational at 450+ toll plazas across national and state highways to collect toll fees digitally through an RFID Tag called the FASTag. UBI FASTag or Union Bank of India FASTag is offered by Union Bank of India. Union Bank of India is one of the banks authorized by NHAI/NPCI to provide FASTag services to customers. UBI FASTag is a perfect solution for a hassle free trip on national highways. The UBI FASTag is linked to a prepaid account, from which the applicable toll fee amount is deducted.

MoRTH/NHAI/IHMCL has launched 1033 helpline number for addressing FASTag complaints at toll plaza level. Customer can simply dial 1033 from Mobile/Landline for the following issues:

• Stopped at the plaza for Tag blacklist reason even through Tag is not blacklisted.
• Plaza not accepting FASTag
• Plaza not able to read the Tag
• Plaza not supporting for monthly pass issuance
• Any other applicable issue for FASTag.

What are the documents required for UBI FASTag ?

• Registration Certificate (RC) Copy of the vehicle
• Any one of the following ID proof document of the customer/owner of the vehicle
  • Voter ID
  • Driving Licence
  • Passport Copy
  • Aadhar Copy
  • Vehicle Front and side images
• Vehicle Insurance Copy (optional)
